Delivery area
We currently accept delivery orders within Canada. International delivery is not currently available at checkout.

Processing
In-stock orders are normally dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment and order verification. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. If an item is unavailable or an unexpected delay affects your order, we will contact you about the available options.

Canadian shipping rates
Standard shipping: $14.90 for parcels up to 2 kg; $21.90 for parcels over 2 kg and up to 30 kg. Eligible orders of $100 CAD or more receive free standard shipping. Express shipping: $21.90 for parcels up to 2 kg. Available services and the final shipping charge are displayed before you place your order. Amounts are in Canadian dollars; applicable taxes are shown at checkout.

Delivery estimates
Standard delivery is estimated at 3–9 business days after dispatch. Express delivery is estimated at 1–2 business days after dispatch. Processing time is additional. Carrier estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates and can vary by destination, weather, holidays and carrier conditions. This does not limit your statutory rights if delivery is delayed or your order is not supplied.

Tracking and delivery issues
Shipment and tracking details will be sent when your order is dispatched. Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate. Contact us promptly about an incorrect address, missing parcel, damage or delivery issue so we can investigate and help resolve it.
